About the jobWe are looking for a skilled React.js Developer to join our full stack development team in Transportation Enterprise Business areas. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React.js frameworks. You will also be responsible for profiling and improving front-end performance.As a React.js Developer, you should have in-depth knowledge of JavaScript and React concepts, excellent front-end coding skills, and a good understanding of progressive web applications. Ultimately you should be able to design and build modern user interface components to enhance application performance.ResponsibilitiesDiscussions with the development team and product team to define user interface ideas and applications.Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.Identifying web-based user interactions.Developing and implementing highly-responsive user interface components using ReactJS.Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.Monitoring and improving front-end performance.Completely own the end to end Design, Development, quality and maintenance of the UI App.SkillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.3+ years of overall programming experience required, preferably in building commercial web applications, SaaS systems, and UI development. 3+ years of experience with ReactJS is desiredExpert-level knowledge of RESTful interfaces and integrating them with UI applicationsHands-on experience with typed JavaScript compilers such as TypeScript or CoffeeScript is preferredTechnology exposure: HTML, CSS, Javascript, React JS, JQuery, Responsive DesignVery good hands-on experience working on AWS or Azure cloud platforms. Delivers world-class, high-quality design and code using current, flexible User Interface tools and languagesHelps define the standards and guidelines for the UI architecture of applications, components, and services.Fullstack development with Java/.Net technology would be a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to force clarity upon poorly defined problems.Excellent oral & written communication and presentation skills.Experience with Agile development methodology.Create and maintain an open and transparent environment that values speed, innovation, and quality.
