The Role
We are looking for an HR Director APAC to join our team as we deliver efficient and easy people processes, systems, policies and programs to support a positive employee experience. You will p artner closely with Senior Leadership and HR Partners to drive a culture of learning, growth and belonging. Reporting to HR Director EMEA/APAC you will provide both strategic and tactical services and support as well as delivering the learning agenda for the region.
Responsibilities
• Partner with APAC leadership to develop and execute the people and culture related agenda to build out the people framework for a high performing growing team (h/c 300, growth 35%)
• Derive insights from data to support decision making and clearly present/communicate complex ideas, data and solutions to the business and HR team
• Align with business leaders to understand, develop and deliver talent development and engagement priorities (speakers and programs as well as lead internal training and facilitation events) that support employee development, leadership, culture and DEI
• Coach leaders to become increasingly more effective at leading, managing and developing their organizations, teams, employees and their cross-functional relationships
• Fully engages with employees and become immersed with the business so that you are able to proactively provide insightful recommendations for action or change
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations and employment-related issues in line with legal requirements and best practices in a timely manner
• Manage compensation competitiveness considering internal and external benchmarks as well as utilizing local networks and knowledge to address the challenges faced in the technology sector
• Manage, coach and mentor HR team to support growth and development
• Implement initiatives and programs to help foster a diverse and inclusive workplace such as mentoring, sponsorship, and cross functional team activities
• Develop and manage employee benefits programs and services that drive retention and engagement with a focus on employee wellness
• Participate as project team member or lead global HR initiatives in the development, design and execution of corporate HR programs and projects
• Collaborate closely with global Talent Acquisition and Office Operations teams
• Align with and support the centers of excellence to ensure all local practices are adhered eg Pay, HRIS
• Design and drive consistent HR processes, policies and enhancements that support the business, complying with legal and corporate requirements whilst driving local process improvements

What You Bring
• Demonstrate a hunger for learning, change management and problem-solving with an understanding of complex, ambiguous, fast-paced growth-oriented challenges
• Experience of working as Senior HR Partner with track record in Hi Tech sector
• 5+ years experience of learning & development including designing and delivering training events with k nowledge of various learning principles and the effectiveness of instructing methods whilst delivering classroom training, workshops and meetings
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to and facilitate audiences at all levels
• Strong knowledge of employment practice and employee relations
• Proven experience of delivering sustained service improvement, based on an understanding of the latest HR techniques, promoting excellent customer service through strong relationship management.
• Ability to show compassion, fairness and drive a culture of engagement and wellbeing
• Demonstrate knowledge in compensation with ability to identify trends, analyze and make recommendations based on the market data to support decision making
• Experience of Workday or similar HRIS
• Proven ability in delivering creative benefits and wellness programs
