The Software Engineer – Salesforce should be passionate about solving tough technical problems and recommending improvements to products and processes.
What’s your role
Be the Functional and Technical Expert for the defined area
Own the end-to-end Technical Support and operational aspects
Have expertise in collaborating across teams to get to a solution
Persistently work towards high business satisfaction
Define and describe technical best practices
Effective change management
Exercise independent judgement in methods, techniques and evaluate criteria for uncovering risk in Salesforce releases and have mitigation plans
What we need from you
5+ years of experience in IT
Bachelor’s degree is required
Graduation in BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MCA / MSc. Comp. Science is preferred
Experience in Application Support with 2 to 3 years in Salesforce
Very good understanding of two or more of Community Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud
Experience in Salesforce coding (APEX, LWC etc.)
Experience with Lightning component framework
