Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and campaign plans.
Set up and configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support various marketing initiatives.
Create and manage email campaigns, including building email templates, managing subscriber lists, and deploying email sends.
Implement automation journeys using Journey Builder, ensuring personalized and timely communication with customers.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Conduct A/B testing to improve email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Implement and maintain data integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing and SFMC capabilities.
Provide training and support to team members on SFMC functionalities and best practices.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and its various modules (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, etc.).
Strong understanding of email marketing concepts, including segmentation, personalization, and deliverability.
Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email template creation and customization.
Experience with data management and integration using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from campaign data and implement optimization strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (such as Email Specialist, Consultant, or Developer) are a plus.
