What You'll Be Doing
Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Ruby on Rails for the backend and React for the frontend.
Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases to ensure scalability and performance.
Build and scale RESTful APIs to support AI-driven workflows and user interactions.
Implement intuitive and performant UI components in React, collaborating with design and product teams.
Ensure high availability, security, and performance across the stack as we scale.
Work closely with AI researchers and product teams to integrate machine learning models into the platform seamlessly.
Requirements
5+ years of experience working with Ruby on Rails in a production environment.
Strong understanding of PostgreSQL, Redis, and background job processing (Sidekiq preferred).
Experience with scalable API development and RESTful services.
Solid understanding of software design principles, performance optimization, and security best practices.
Bonus) Familiarity with ML/AI applications or prior experience in AI-driven products.
Bonus) Exposure to React or frontend development is a plus.
