As Senior Engineer Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), you will lead engagement with fleet and warehouse management and procure to pay platform team for assigned scope of work, partner with fleet and warehouse business team to create a vision, translate team vision into roadmap and will be responsible for end to end deliveries of the team on best suited technical platforms in alignment with Maersk enterprise strategy. Key Responsibilities: Technology team member with Maersk EAM team for finance & tax platform Work closely with Solution Architect and Senior Engineers for design and build work in SAP EAM area Help create / execute test scripts for EAM product Work closely with development teams in Agile way of working; owning user stories for the config and development process. Contribute to developing platform and agile practices across Maersk Responsible for delivery of assigned stories till production and supporting during hypercare of same Provide ideas to optimize End to End SAP S/4 EAM/ SSAM and Plant Maintenance related processes for Maersk entities Configure, Design, Build, Test and Deploy the core S/4 EAM/IAM with SSAM solutions to ensure it works seamlessly. Troubleshoot incidents and do problem management for S4 EAM and SSAM application. Who we are looking for: You have: Experience working as SAP EAM expert for at least 5 years with overall experience of at least 7 years Experience in implementing large and complex SAP Projects with role as EAM lead In depth domain knowledge in the asset management process and SAP EAM module Experience in working with EAM business process/activity owners in understanding business requirement and solution design Experience with S4HANA implementation is must Experience in modules of SAP EAM, SAP PM, SSAM, SAP MM and integration experience with SAP FICO Certification in S/4HANA Asset Management or S/4HANA Sourcing and procurement will be an advantage Experience in data migration of EAM/PM objects Experience in AI and robotics will be an advantage Experience of large and complex Programs is must Experience in working with Agile, Scrum and waterfall delivery models Good problem solving & communication skills Bachelor's or master’s degree in Engineering Operations or IT related discipline Collaborative mindset across business functions Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
