Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions within our ERP products, leveraging OpenAI, ChatGPT, and other relevant AI frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into AI-driven features that enhance customer experiences.
Contribute to product roadmaps and strategic planning, ensuring AI initiatives align with business objectives.
Lead AI feature development from concept to production, managing the full development lifecycle.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and continuously explore new opportunities to leverage them within our ERP ecosystem.
Required Skills, Knowledge And Abilities
Minimum of 5 Years of relevant experience in ML/ AI related roles with expertise in building/deploying AI solutions.
Prompt Engineering: Engineer prompts and optimizes few-shot techniques to enhance LLMs performance on specific tasks e.g. personalized recommendations.
Model Evaluation & Optimization: Evaluate LLMs zero-shot and few-shot capabilities fine-tuning hyperparameters ensuring task generalization and exploring model interpretability for robust web app integration.
Response Quality: Collaborate with ML and Integration engineers to leverage LLMs pre-trained potential delivering contextually appropriate responses in a user-friendly web app.
Proficient in Python and have experience working with machine learning and NLP processing techniques and tools.
Worked on NoSQL databases and Vector DB
Solid experience developing and implementing generative AI models with a strong understanding of deep learning techniques such as GPT VAE and GANs.
Proficient in Langchain LLM
Strong knowledge of data structures algorithms and software engineering principles.
Required technical skills: Azure Open AI, OpenAI Studio, GPT3/4
