We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Lead to join our growing Infor OS (Infor Operating Service) organization. Infor OS is a foundational cloud platform that provides horizontal technology services across all of Infor’s Cloudsuites.
You would be joining a dynamic, fast-paced, cross-functional team composed of business analysts, developers, architects, product owners and quality assurance analysts delivering a portfolio of world-class products. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working as part of a dynamic Agile team to develop and deliver our enterprise solutions.
Lead a team of talented engineers, guiding them through the development process and ensuring the successful execution of projects from conception to release.
Learning functional and technical details of the product.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, tooling enhancements, and best practices to streamline development workflows.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team to enhance overall capabilities.
Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and the implementation of best practices.
Assist the team in troubleshooting complex technical issues and guide them towards efficient resolutions.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
An undergraduate or Master’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent experience
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Experience with Java development experience, including knowledge Spring Framework
Experience with Databases and SQL
Experience in any of these databases: MySQL.MS SQL Server
Strong grasp of relational database concepts
Experience with any one of the application servers such as Jetty/ Apache tomcat
Solid understanding of Micro service-based solutions/architectures.
Experience with AWS services like API Gateway/Lambda/ECS/Cloudformation etc.
Experience with tools like Ant, Maven, SonarQube, etc.
Experience with CICD
Gitlab/Github Pipelines.
Strong leadership and communication with self-starter attitude and attention to detail
Ability to quickly grasp concepts, analyze problems and provide innovative solutions.
Good knowledge of TDD and Unit testing
In-depth understanding of software design principles, architectural patterns, and best practices.
PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
Experience with least one of Javascript, Angular2, AngularJS, JQuery
Experience with Azure along with AWS is a plus.
Understanding of security protocols like OAuth2.0
