What You Will Be Doing
This position is for product development of exchange connectivity product. You would be working on complete SDLC of products. Key technologies would be C++, IPCs, Python and shell scripting. You would be responsible to multiple products development and production issue handling. You would be required to do communication with business stake holders, expectation management and team/product management. You would be working in highly quality & client focused environment.
What You Bring
Knowledge / Experience
• 3-15 years of experience in software development
• Expert in C#, NET Framework, .NET Core, Web API, REST, ORM and SQL Server
• Good knowledge of front-end development; experienced at least one JavaScript front-end framework, e.g., Angular (Preferred), React, Vue.
• Strong knowledge of programming patterns and principles, e.g., Separation of Concern, Repository Pattern, SOLID, etc.
• Experienced in software design and application architectures.
• Strong knowledge of security and performance optimization.
• Good knowledge of cloud computing, e.g., Azure, AWS is a plus.
• Good at source code management, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
• Good at documentation, preparing technical proposals, conducting technical discussion.
• Good knowledge of enterprise integration, SOA, or microservices is a plus.
• Good at English speaking/writing skills; can confidently discuss with Product team members about technical approaches or issues in detail.
• Knowledge of the Financial Services / Capital Markets is a plus
• Highly professional, client focus and passion for learning new developments
• Good understanding of Agile development practices
What You Will Be Doing
• Investigates known error conditions and follows prescribed error correction procedures.
• Recognizes abnormal processing conditions and determines appropriate actions required to resolve issue(s) and complete processing.
• Makes use of available documentation to resolve errors.
• Researches and resolves user problems as well as issues and problems with software systems, production processing and production environments.
• Analyzes and implements changes or additions to software systems and production procedures.
• May identify new tools, technology or processes that improve the overall processing environment or processing efficiency.
• Assists in the definition of external and internal customer problems and needs. Discusses expectations with customers. May explain solutions directly to customers where appropriate.
• Completes project assignments and special projects commensurate with job expectations.
