The shortlisted candidate should have strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Should have an ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts within the team, and is able to work individually or as part of a team to achieve project goals.
You are required to have skills in the following areas:
Should have 2 to 4 yrs of experience in SSIS, SQL.
ETL - Should be proficient in MS SSIS
Should be an expert in writing stored procedures, functions, inline SQL Queries using T-SQL
Should have good hands-on experience working with SQL Server 2008,2012,2016
Should have expertise in Microsoft Business Intelligence Suite - SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS
Responsibilities:
Create, maintain, and optimize stored procedures, functions, inline SQL, database structures, and ETL processes to adapt to changes in needs and requirements
Develop strong business and technical understanding of services and database design
Work with client to understand business requirements and ensure the required business functionality of each data element is met
Interpret and analyze multi-dimensional medical, provider, pharmacy claims data as well as enrollment data to accurately assess and demonstrate key insights into key trends and opportunities
Handle new implementation, changes to existing layouts/data load code, automation development, performance optimization and database maintenance like indexing and fragmentation
Review work of other team members for accuracy, adherence to standards, optimization
