Responsibilities
Profile Required

2-4 years of Production support experience under banking domain projects.

Primary skills:

Good hands on expertise in any RDBMS like Postgre SQL, SQL,etc.
Strong knowledge on ITIL processes and principles and extensive experience in handling Major incident and Problem management related activities.
Experience in supporting applications hosted on Kubernetes cluster and exposure in monitoring pods.
Familiar with Kibana dashboard, Swagger, postman.
As of now, the coverage requirement is between 8.30 AM – 22:30 IST. Flexible in working on shift basis and weekend support(in person/on call) based on future requirement of project (ie. 24 X 7).
Good to Have :

Functional knowledge related to Payment engine and Accounting management related concepts.
Prior working experience on Temenos,etc.
Knowledge of .NET core, Testing and Dev-ops will be added advantage .
ITIL Foundation Certification will be preferred.
Familiar with Swagger, postman, Microservice, RabbitMQ


Responsibilities

Responsible to perform daily health check monitoring, reporting and being part of shift roaster in accordance with SLA/OLA and procedures.
Responsible to perform detailed investigation for incidents and escalate to relevant team with analysis.
Liaise with GSD/Other IT teams/L3/Vendor Teams until closure of incidents & problems as per the SLA
Responsible to raise MIM, PRB, Post mortem when applicable and works towards the permanent fix.
Responsible to follow all PROD best practices, ITIL process for keeping good data quality of production.
Responsible to recommend and implement innovative ideas for the continual improvement of production.
Provide extractions of data, KPIs from applications for users and management .
Participation in any weekend operations and Sanity checks post releases and infra activities
