As a Full Stack Software Engineer at Decidr, you’ll help design, build, and optimise the intelligent systems that power Decidr's products. You’ll work end-to-end across our tech stack, combining Ruby on Rails and Elixir on the backend with React on the frontend, to deliver powerful and intuitive experiences that scale.

What You'll Do:

Build full stack features across our AI platform using Ruby on Rails, Elixir, and React
Develop and maintain APIs, background jobs, and web interfaces that support decision-making workflows
Champion test-driven development with tools like RSpec to maintain performance and reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope, design, and deliver end-to-end features
Contribute to architectural decisions that ensure code quality, scalability, and resilience
Continuously improve developer experience, tooling, and release velocity
What we're looking for:

3–5 years experience as a full stack engineer in product-led environments
Deep familiarity with Ruby on Rails; some exposure to Elixir or willingness to learn
Confident building modern UI with React and contributing to backend systems
Strong grasp of test-driven development (RSpec), version control, and clean code principles
Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous, startup-style environments
Clear communicator who works well across functions and cares about outcomes
