Relevant Experience (Yrs) 4+ years (Talend) , 8+ years of IT experience
Technical/Functional Skills
• Senior Level Talend ETL development (4+ years of hard-core Talend experience)
• Experience on Any Database like Snowflake, SQL Server and exposure to Azure cloud
• Strong experience in advanced SQL programming
• Strong experience in Data Quality / Data Profiling, Source Systems Analysis, Business Rules Validation, Source Target Mapping Design, Performance Tuning and High Volume Data Loads.
• Expertise in theoretical and practical knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling
• Solid and professional communications skills, both verbal and written
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential. Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve problems are desired.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task to meet critical deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
• Be a senior technical player on complex ETL development projects with multiple team members
• Lead the creation of all design review artifacts during project design phase, facilitate design reviews, capture review feedback and schedule additional detailed design sessions as necessary.
• Create and enhance administrative, operational and technical policies and procedures, adopting best practice guidelines, standards and procedures
• Insurance domain exposure is preferred.

• Certified in Talend Enterprise Data Integration 5.x
• Exposure to Azure Data Factory
