Job Description

In this role, you will play a key role in validating functionality, working closely with developers and QA teams to ensure testing aligns with project goals. You will develop and maintain UI automation test suites for web and mobile applications, enhance existing automation frameworks, and design and implement automated tests to ensure robust user interface functionality. You will also review peers' code to ensure guidelines are followed, and continuously evaluate and improve automation processes to maintain the highest product quality. Your expertise in automation framework development and quality initiatives will be essential in delivering seamless user experiences.
Responsibilities:
• Validating functionality, and collaborating with developers and quality assurance teams to ensure testing aligns with project goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain UI automation test suites for web and Mobile native applications.
• Enhancing the mobile and web automation frameworks.
• Design and implement automated tests to validate user interface functionality and usability.
• Analyze test results and report issues to development teams.
• Continuously evaluate and improve automation processes and frameworks.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining test suites to validate software functionality.
• Review peers' PRs to ensure that guidelines are followed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical discipline.
• Hands-on experience of more than 3+ years of working in UI automation.
• Experience in Automation framework development and code review.
• Experience in developing automation strategies and quality initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools, with demonstrated QA experience in an SDET or QA role.
• Solid Experience with Appium/Robotium and Android/IOS app testing.
• Experience with Enhancement of framework design and development of new test suites with frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, and Cypress, Rest assured
• Good command over programming languages like Java, TypeScript, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with source control tools like Git, and Bitbucket.
• Ability to write automated tests that are scalable, maintainable, and reusable.
• Experience in testing scalable APIs.
• Having performance testing knowledge is an added advantage.
