Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer/Project Lead
Responsibilities Key Responsibilities in the role:
• Design, code and implement solutions from concept to final hand-off to customers.
• Proactive involvement in planning, designing and execution with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Complete other work requirements or tasks assigned by the management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Additionally, for Project Lead
• Active participation in design\build cycle of the software engineering life cycle (requirements gathering, prototyping, architecture, detailed design, development, testing and deployment).
• Providing expertise in technical analysis and solving technical issues during project delivery.
• Code reviews, test case reviews and ensure code developed meets the requirements.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
• Requirement gathering and understanding, analyze and convert functional requirements into concrete technical tasks and able to provide reasonable effort estimates
• Mentor and develop skills of junior software engineers in the team.
Qualification
B.E./MCA/M.E. – Computer Science/IT
Software Engineer: 1-2 years experience
Senior Software Engineer: 3-4 years experience
Project Lead: 5+ years experience

Technical Skills
• Mandatory Skills: C#.Net, ADO.Net, WCF, SQL
• Good to Have: Web API, MVC
• Experience in Desktop Application Development is a must to have
• Combination of C#.net and C++ programming is the best match for this position
• Experience in WinForms
