EA Experiences oCXO Technology and CRM Tech & Data
The CRM Tech & Data team sits within the Customer Relationship Management group, and is responsible for accelerating the modernization of our internal capabilities and unlocking the power of digital tech.
Our team focuses on the foundational, internal requirements needed to maximize Experiences organization performance and business outcomes.

Responsibilities
Integrate cloud-based data platforms required for measurement and audience segmentation across all media channels.
Work with our Project Managers, Third party partners, Data Analysts, and cross team Software Engineers to gather user requirements.
Manage, Configure, and optimize the ETL processes across a wide range of data platforms.
Create the batch and streaming processes that facilitate the operations of our Data Scientist partners.
