Overview of the Role
Lutron Electronics, a world-leading innovator in lighting control and shading solutions, is seeking an experienced Desktop Application Software Engineer to join its team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge Windows applications that program and start up all systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C#/.NET and WPF application development, with a minimum of 5 years of professional industry experience. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering is required, along with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Responsibilities
Implement solutions, unit-tests, and integration tests with multiple developers.
Develop customer requirements with appropriate stakeholders.
Create system and software design documentation.
Work with senior engineers to review solutions.
Resolve technical issues, reported bugs, and field issues in a timely manner.
Identify and cleanup technical debt.
Salary and Benefits
