What you'll be doing...
Candidate Experience Reference data Pricing Design team is the key team work with key stake holders like Pricing strategy team, Marketing team, Ops team and RA team. Design team will provide the pricing rules and conditions to RA team and RA team is will work on the build of the various price plans using CPI tool. These price plans are consumed by different digital and assisted channels.
• Defining and clarifying project scope.
• Developing the project plan with coordination from Onshore, Business Owners and Users.
• Coming up designs for Business requirements in consonance with Security, Performance and User experience aspects.
• Implementing solutions hands on, emphasizing reusable code development.
• Influencing business and IT stakeholders to support and deliver proposed improvements.
• Creating a personalized experience for customers and internal users.
• Leading the ideation of new solutions, innovative ideas to meet customer's changing expectations.
• Participating in sprint calls with Agile team and should provide the impact for REF Data design team.
• Representing the team in management and executive meetings and articulate the big picture of the project and the work done.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
What we're looking for...
You have knowledge on End-to-End Wireless System flow from SOE (System of Engagement) till Review and Submit Order. You have Knowledge on Wireless Service Plans & Offers, Various Devices and Accessories, Different types of consumer products. Should have knowledge on Vision PRE and CPI systems.
You'll need to have:
• Bachelor's degree with four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant work experience.
• Design experience in Customer facing applications/products.
• Experience in Design Thinking concepts.
• Knowledge on Agile methodologies, Sprint planning, Story point calculation, collaboratively working with Agile team.
• Knowledge on Mobility and telecom service providers offers constructs discounts design, implementation of business scenario rules into feasible design to be adaptable by revenue assurance team.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
• Master's degree in Computer Science.
• Experience with ARCH team, RA team, Product owner teams.
• Strong relationship skills and collaborative style to enable success across multiple partners.
• Strong commercial mindset and orients to driving business value (revenue growth and expense mitigation).
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and organization skills.
