Job Description CRM Technology is a team that supports the global Sales, Marketing and Research organization using CRM and MIS tools across the Investment Bank. This involves leveraging a wide range of tools that will help sales making decision efficiently, while collecting valuable client intelligence data points (trade, revenue, deal, profitability, clients, contacts, etc.). We are a global team with over 60 team members across Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions CRM Technology is part of the larger Sales & Research Technology organization. Our user base is roughly 4,500 staff globally. Technical skills: 7-+ years of extensive knowledge of Java development in J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot Knowledge of web service technologies REST and JSON. Multi-threaded application development experience. Native Javascript and ReactJs experience along with other JS frameworks. SQL/Sybase/Oracle database experience Unix scripting Good to have: Knowledge of application security areas: authorization, authentication, encryption Good to have: Experience on Automated testing techniques - JUNIT, Cucumber, Selenium. Good to have: Experience working with Sonar, SSAP, JIRA, GIT, Maven etc. Good to have: Cloud and/or similar distributed processing Soft skills Ability to implement change and development process improvements, including required culture changes Ability to absorb problems & present creative solutions within required timeframes Strong written and oral communication skills Quick learning capabilities Qualifications : 7-+ years of experience in Information Technology with an emphasis on application design development, and maintenance. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
