We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager in our Pune office!

Essential Job Duties
• Analyze, propose, and manage technologies, and resources for projects.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple projects.
• Plan strategies for the development of designs and products on schedule.
• Create proof of concepts and MVP’s.
• Deliver solution to the team which could help refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes.
• Communicate and collaborate with other managers, stakeholders, and contractors.
• Mentor development teams in engineering best practices.
• Prioritize, delegate, and supervise all engineers’ activities and deliverables.
• Manage, support, and evaluate engineers’ performance.
• Hire new talent for the team and offer coaching and development opportunities.
• Supervise training and development of software engineering staff.
• Provide input in strategic technical decisions and solutions, when needed.
• Build the entire technical documentation and project roadmaps.
• Stay on the leading edge of development practices.
• Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams and management.
Other Job Duties
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or HHAeXchange leader.
Travel Requirements
• Travel 10-25%, including overnight travel, domestic & abroad (US and other delivery locations)
Required Education, Experience, Certifications, And Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MCA
• 10+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in building automated and distributed commercial web-scale systems
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership position managing enterprise platforms, products, or services developed using Web API, Angular (TS), .Net/.Net Core, C#, EF, and jQuery
• Previous experience in an architecture or senior development role
• Experience in working with global IT teams with different technology stacks (e.g., .net, ruby on rails)
• Understanding of storage performance challenges and their solutions
• Experience working in a multi-tenant SaaS environment
• Prior experience in designing, building, and supporting cloud-enabled (AWS) SaaS applications using AWS, API Gateway, Lambda, Docker, EKS, ECS, CloudWatch, OpenSearch, and Kinesis
• Exposure to Dev Ops practices and tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkin, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, etc.)
• Experience working with a broad range of data storage technologies (SQL, NoSQL, etc.)
• Experience working with asynchronous systems including queuing and streaming (e.g., Kafka/MSK)
• Experience in leading cloud transformation and microservices projects
• Good understanding of Identity Server or relevant stack
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices
• Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and questions skills
• Proficient in SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Flexible, team player, "get-it-done" personality
• Ability to organize and plan work independently
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
• Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams
• Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence will be added advantage
• Technical Certification (AWS Solution Architect Associate or Professional) is plus
