Software Engineering Manager

Responsible for managing a team of engineers who develop SW for customer enablement. Responsible for Customer facing technical requirements and management. Multi-party internal and ecosystem partnership management.

Manages a team of libraries software professionals who are responsible for software development across the lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, developing, debugging, validating, and/or optimization of algorithms, libraries software, and machine and deep learning. May also provide architectural and technical guidance to ensure sound engineering practices are followed. Provides direction and goals to the group and interacts with stakeholders both internal and external. Maintains SI roadmap knowledge and looks to intercept platform roadmaps. Sets priorities for the team, achieves results across boundaries, ensures an inclusive work environment, develops employees, and manages performance.
Qualifications

Must have:
1. Design, development, and delivery ownership on embedded platforms
2. Networking and telecom domain expertise
3. Strong collaboration, leadership, and communication skills
4. This job requires strong technical knowledge, people management and project management skillsets

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
