• Manage, coach, and support engineering team of 20+ agile team members
• Technically execute product roadmap with consistent quality and on-time delivery.
• Implement and monitor technical strategy performance metrics.
• Communicate engineer team goals with engineering staff members.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure product roadmap timelines and budgets are met.
Qualifications:-
1.Bachelor/Masters degree in Computer Science
2.10+ years' of Technical Engineering experience.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
