Responsibilities
• Works with device support Team to manage & configure MAC, iPhone & iPad using MS Intune & ABM.
• Supports in packaging and deployment of application for MAC, iPhone & iPad for end users globally
• Support automation of task using PowerShell script to manage business requirement effectively.
• Assisting in design, reporting, policy, and implementation of the solutions as per the business requirement.
• Support large scale of devices with incident/service request using service now ticket platform.
• Analyses of business needed and solutions to devise strategies and facilitate stakeholder collaboration effectively and efficiently.
• Focus on your career development by adopting lean-agile values, principles, and behaviours
Skills
• MDM & MAM – Should have excellent understanding of mobile device management (MDM) and Mobile application management to support device using Intune, ABM and JMF
• Team Player – Role holder required collaborate with wider Team members in terms of business requirement, policy, profiles, & critical incident.
• Support Technical project – Role holder must have excellent understanding of Intune, ABM and JMF so he/share can support migration of the MAC devices from JMF to Intune.
• Stakeholder management, with the ability to hold others to account, align and influence via Storytelling
Experience
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Role experience holder must be 3-5 years in support small to large scale devices using Intune with MDM and MAM solutions.
• Understanding of JAMF & ABM will be added advantages.
• Proficient in managing MAC books, iPad, iPhone using Intune.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Certification in Microsoft 365 will be added advantages.
