As our Business Technology team continues its mission to deliver unparalleled value to our business partners and customers, we are expanding our presence in the Asia-Pacific region with a new Business Technology office in Pune, India. This new office will be an essential development center to propel the growth of our company through transformational programs for the Infrastructure team.
Business Technology search team provides best user experience to employees, customer and partners for searching articles and knowlege stored across enterprise applications. This team implements best of the breed technologies for top notch user experience. Team leverages ML and NLP for user behavior insights to provide insightful recommendations.
About the Role
Software Engineer (Applications) is responsible for working with business to understand and scope requirements for search in enterprise websites. Involve in solution designs to provide best user experience related to search. Write code and participate in testing search code in websites and web applications. Should be able to measure user behavior and provide addtional solutions to business in the search area. Leverage machine learning and NLP to understand user click behavior for creating a best in breed recommendations engine.
About You
Hands on experience in search technologies like Elastic Search or packaged applications like Coveo. Deep knowledge in front end technologies and JS based frameworks like reachJS or angularJS. Experience deploying code using container technologies like docker, kubernetes, ECS etc.,
Knowledge in ML models and NLP is a big plus.
Good understanding of AWS and APIs. Development experience in integration or automation tools like Snaplogic or Mulesoft or Workato is a plus.
