Job description :
• Detailed understanding of Veeva CRM, Salesforce
• Veeva CRM configuration, Customization
• Hands on experience of Eclipse, Data loader, Workbench
• Knowledge of Veeva Data and Informatica
• End to end integration and configuration knowledge of various Veeva module like Event management, Approved Email, Engage Webinar with Veeva CRM and Veeva vault
• Knowledge in Salesforce configuration as Salesforce Administrator
• Hands on experience on Apex programming, Trigger, Visual force page and Data loader
• Extensive experience in Veeva CRM configuration, Customizations, with end to end knowledge of Veeva CRM Out of box functionality
• Must have Experience on Veeva ORDER Management
• Experience in carrying out Integrations and data migrations on Veeva CRM
• Knowledge and experience of Veeva Vault
• Experience in customization of SFDC and Force.com
• Must have knowledge on Problem Management, Change Management, and Incident management process
