Responsibilities:
● Lead the development of our frontend systems, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and performant.
● Work closely with other members of the engineering team, including backend developers, product managers, and designers, to deliver high-quality products.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and functionality.
● Manage and mentor a team of frontend developers, providing guidance and support as needed.
● Write clean, reusable, and efficient code, and ensure that code is well-documented.
● Participate in code reviews and ensure that best practices are being followed.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
●5+ years of experience in frontend development.
●Experience with one or more frontend frameworks such as Reactjs, Angularjs, or Vue.js.
●Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
●Experience with UI/UX design principles and best practices.
●Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
●Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
● Proven experience leading a team of developers.
