We are a 24 year old 100% export oriented IT company registered in Bangalore, India, with a wholly owned subsidiary in the USA. We provide IT based business solutions to, and develop bespoke software solution for customers in the United States of America.

Operational responsibilities include :
• System level design for scalable web applications, particularly building high frequency and low latency web applications with optimal memory management, performance, and scalability.
• Hands-on programming and deliver complex technical solutions.
• Work in 2nd shift (from 3:00 pm till 12:00 am) at least for the initial few months.
• Provide consultation and technical support for next generation banking application.
To qualify, a candidate must have -
THIS MINIMUM EDUCATION
• Graduate degree, preferably in engineering.
CERTIFICATIONS
• Any relevant certification focused on continual improvement and growth will be recognized.
THESE COMPETENCIES ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERTISE -
• 5+ years in Developing applications using all of the following languages/frameworks using -
• .NET stack, including ASP.NET MVC, .NET core and C# . (EXPERTISE EXPECTED : High)
• Javascript - JQuery OR one of these JS Framework – React/Node/Angular JS. (EXPERTISE EXPECTED : Medium)
• Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, stored procedures and fine-tuning SQL queries to optimize performance. (EXPERTISE EXPECTED : High)
• HTML 5 and CSS (EXPERTISE EXPECTED : Medium)
• Strong skills at modifying and simplifying existing code.
• Strong English communications skills, both written and verbal.
• Skill at managing stakeholder groups and balancing diplomacy and tact with assertiveness.
• Very good prioritization skills to balance key priorities.
• A strong customer centric approach to solutions.
THESE SKILLS WOULD BE A PLUS
• Developing micro services is will be a plus.
• Exposure to building and deploying multi-tier Azure cloud-based architecture, having complex integration between different systems
