Principal duties and responsibilities
• Implement and execute the processes and tools for the delivery of software and data components.
• Develop tools for tracking the status of deliveries and their quality
• Adapt existing processes and tools to redesign for incremental effectiveness.
• Increase the automation level of the processes and improve their speed, efficiency and robustness.
• Support other teams in implementing improved processes and pipelines.
Required skills:
• A keen interest and hands-on experience in process automation and process improvement.
• An understanding of testing both software and data
• Excellent programming skills in Python.
• A solid understanding of Unix/Linux and shell scripting.
• Experience with CI servers. Knowledge of Jenkins is a plus.
• Experience using Git. Knowledge of BitBucket, GitLab and Artifactory is a plus.
• Solid understanding of continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
• Collaborative nature and good team player.
• Interest and ability to learn new skills, programming languages and tools as needed.
Preferred skills:
• Good knowledge of Groovy or other scripting languages is a plus.
• Experience with Azure or other public cloud infrastructure
• Knowledge of tools like Kubernetes, Docker, Singularity, etc. is a plus
• Experience with ModelOps/MLOps is a plus
• Knowledge of machine learning pipelines (data processing, modeling, deployment, monitoring) is a plus.
• Experience with DevOps is a plus
• Experience with speech or language technology is a plus.
• Experience with architecting and developing software testing environments is a plus.
• Experience with multi-disciplinary global teams and working with remote teams is a plus
