Responsibilities
Proficient in programming as per the user story and delivers the module described in the requirement.
• He should be hands on with technical skills necessary for delivering the includes design patterns, application frameworks, UI concepts and intermediate level of database programming in any one platform.
• Translate design to code and ability to perform the unit tests on developed modules.
• Help to define clean coding practices for his lead.
• Ability to perform unit testing and quality assurance within accepted error rate for unit delivered.
• Devops skills Aware of different techniques and tools available within Devops.
• Contribute to the devops team for implementation and execution.
• Technology and Upskilling Willingness to scale horizontally and adapt to other peer roles in technological if required by project management.
• Collaboration and Communication Working with leads and architects on technical subjects.
• To support them in core delivery, and when needed able to experiment and pilot modules or projects.
• Problem solving Able to perform root cause analysis, debug and resolve the defects efficiently and at expected speed.
• Efficienctly own the tasks towards overall efficiency goal of the team, that includes optimization cost and time towards development and quality.
• He will be participating in activities leading to transformation of the business through innovative ideas and solution implementation.
Profile required
Experience: 3-5 Years
Primary Skills: MSBI (SSAS, SSIS, SSRS), MSSQL and Power BI
Secondary Skills: Python, SSIS, SSRS and CI/ CD are good to have.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop code and test case scenarios by applying relevant software craftsmanship principles and meet the acceptance criteria
· Complete the assigned learning path and contribute to daily meetings
· Deliver on all aspects of Software Development Lifecyle (SDLC) in-line with Agile and IT craftsmanship principles
· Take part in team ceremonies be it agile practices or chapter meetings
· Deliver high-quality clean code and design that can be re-used
· Actively, work with other Development teams to define and implement API's and rules for data access
· Perform bug-free release validations and produce test and defect reports
· Contribute to developing scripts, configuring quality, and automating framework usage
· Run and maintain test suites with the guidance of seniors
· Support existing data models, data dictionary, data pipeline standards, storage of source, process and consumer metadata.
