What You Will Own
As a Python Developer in our team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge solutions powered by data science and machine learning. Your primary focus will be on building efficient and scalable applications for processing and analyzing data, enabling smarter decision-making across the organization. You will leverage your strong knowledge of data processing, machine learning algorithms, and Python programming to enhance internal operations, optimize employee productivity, and drive impactful customer and partner interactions.
Experience You Should Bring
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of professional experience as a Python Developer working with data and machine learning- data manipulation, data wrangling, and feature engineering.
Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Hands-on experience with machine learning model development, including regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning.
AI frameworks such as Hugging Face, OpenAI, or LangChain.
Proficiency with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data integration frameworks.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying machine learning solutions.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
What You Will Be Doing
Research and implement new tools, techniques, and best practices in the fields of data science, machine learning, and AI.
Perform data analysis, data cleansing, and feature engineering to improve model performance.
Ensure code quality through proper testing, version control, and documentation.
Develop and maintain APIs to serve machine learning models or provide data for web-based applications.
Collaborate with analysts, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient Python-based data pipelines.
