Job description
We are looking for highly skilled Forward Deployed Engineers to join Scale AI’s first-of-its-kind deployment program in India. This is a rare opportunity to work closely with our global engineering teams and Fortune 500 clients, gain international exposure, and play a hands-on role in bringing cutting-edge AI solutions to life.
Program Details
Duration: Minimum 4 weeks (extension possible)
Compensation: Up to $25/hour
Engagement: Full-time (40+ hrs/week)
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office, 5 days/week)
Timings: 8-hour overlap with US time zone

• Align with global teams (US & EU) through overlapping work hours
• Work on high-impact projects with company-provided equipment
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, AI/ML, or related field
• 3–4+ years of experience in product-based tech companies
• Proven expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes
• Strong shell scripting and automation skills
• Proficiency in Typescript for frontend contributions
• Experience in distributed teams and dynamic environments
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
