YOUR TASKS
Sr. Manager/Sr. Technical Manager
• Experienced in Automotive Electronics
• Experienced in Embedded SW development (Autosar / non-Autosar)
• Ability to lead and guide teams for technical topics
• Ownership for delivery and development commitments
• People management (Motivating, developing, target setting, performance evaluation and feedback)
• Ramp up the SW development activities in co-ordination with lead location in terms of responsibility and headcount growth
• Single point of contact for the CoC in the Location in terms of planning and delivering the projects.
• Planning, tracking and reporting of Project activities and Milestones.
• Monitor KPIs for Quality work products and deliverables – Strong Knowhow for ASPICE and Safety.
• New concepts, improvement definition and implementation in project.
Your Qualifications
• BE /B. Tech/ M.E/ M. Tech in Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Computer Science
• 10-13 years of experience in Embedded Systems significantly in the Automotive domain
• Must be a Leader and able to motivate team in work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation.
