Job Summary: We are looking for a talented professional with deep expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) accounting, coupled with hands-on experience in accounting systems like SAP and Tally. If you are passionate about implementing innovative technologies and eager to help clients transform and streamline their financial processes, this role is for you. You will play a crucial role in deploying our software solutions to clients, ensuring a seamless transition and effective adoption. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, manage the implementation process, and provide ongoing support to maximize the value of our software. Roles and Responsibilities: Execute a detailed implementation plan, ensuring the successful deployment of our software within a specified timeframe for each client. Conduct in-person / virtual training sessions with clients to guide them through the software, ensuring they are fully equipped to use the system effectively. Provide timely and effective solutions to client queries, addressing any concerns and ensuring a smooth user experience. Work closely with the Tech & QA team to resolve any technical issues that arise during or after implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to the client. Collaborate with the Product team by sharing valuable user feedback and insights to drive continuous product improvement. Create & Update comprehensive user training materials and guides to support clients in their ongoing use of the software. Provide clients with regular updates on the implementation progress, maintaining transparency and keeping the project on track. Lead webinars to train multiple clients simultaneously, maximizing efficiency and ensuring a broad understanding of the software's capabilities. Skills & Qualifications: Degree Preferred –B.Com, M.Com, Inter CA, Inter ICAWA. Strong understanding of AP / AR processes. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software. Excellent communication and training skills. Strong analytical abilities for issue resolution. Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines. Skilled in creating user guides and conducting training sessions. Proficiency in SAP is a plus.
