About myNachiketa
myNachiketa Foundation is inspired by Nachiketa, a character in the Upanishads, who asks philosophical questions to Yama in his childhood. We seek to bring the philosophical ideas and concepts in Hinduism to children in creative ways. We are designing innovative products including books, games, workshops, etc. to bring this knowledge to kids. Our method is to encourage kids to question and think of various different ways of arriving at answers, rather than developing a regimented thought process. Our goal is to reach every kid globally with this knowledge, help them critically reason and develop their own understanding based on exposure to various schools of Hindu philosophy.

Role: Intern - Tech
We are hiring for an Intern role to work with myNachiketa leadership team.
We are looking for a reliable & organized Intern to join our organization. The individual willwork with the team to design, and optimize the product and incorporate best practices in B2C marketing. We prefer candidates with some web coding/scripting skills. As in a startup, we see the individual doing multiple kinds of tasks starting from product design, quick coding/hotfixes, deployment, analytical tracking and optimization. The individual will be supported by the founders who have rich experience in product and technology.
Responsibilities
● You will be a part of the team that works directly with the founders on our primary technology platform.
● Work on product development including landing page designs, feature
conceptualizations and customer flow designs.
● Understand the customer journey from an analytical standpoint, creating
dashboards to understand the funnel and ways to optimize it.
● Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps
and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and
drive growth
● Ability to use no-code tools, do basic scripting and web programming, for quick
turnaround and experimentation.
Skills
● Deep interest in software work and startups
● Some understanding of B2C products
● Strong analytical skills and a passion to learn
● Deep passion for building a mission-driven business
● Ability to work in uncertain environments
