???? Product Manager Intern (Builder Mindset)
CHIRAG TECHNOLOGIES – Hybrid (Delhi NCR Preferred) | Internship | 6 Months | PPO Opportunity
Are you someone who can build, ship, and own product flows — not just document them?
At CHIRAG TECHNOLOGIES, we’re hiring a hands-on Product Manager Intern who’s ready to get into the trenches, work directly with the development team, and turn ideas into measurable outcomes. You’ll be working directly with the Founders on high-impact products.
???? What You'll Do
• Break down product ideas into structured feature sets, PRDs, and sprint plans
• Work closely with the dev team to ensure task clarity, delivery, and timelines
• Track execution velocity, backlog health, and output metrics
• Optimize the product development lifecycle end to end
• Prepare weekly execution reports for Founders with KPIs and growth metrics
• Drive product improvement through user feedback, A/B testing, and internal audits
✅ You Are Someone Who:
• Has worked on a live product or MVP (startup or hackathon experience counts)
• Has built a full-stack web app, Android app, or ML/AI-powered tool
• Understands how REST APIs, databases, and client-server architecture work
• Knows what good code structure and UX looks like
• Can talk to a founder about features — and to a developer about structure
• Thinks in terms of outcomes, impact, and user value
• Wants to build fast, optimize fast, and learn faster
• Understands software development lifecycle (SDLC), and sprint planning
• Can convert feature ideas → development-ready documents → delivery
• Thinks in metrics, timelines, outcomes, not vague plans
• Believes in execution, autonomy, and measurable impact
???? Required Technical Background
• B.Tech / BCA / MCA / relevant technical field
• Experience with:
• MERN / Django / React / Kotlin / Flutter
• OR AI/ML projects (bonus)
• Familiar with GitHub, CI/CD basics, Firebase, or APIs
• Has shipped at least one project that involved frontend + backend or ML integration
???? Location Preference: Delhi NCR
• The internship is hybrid: remote + occasional in-person meets
• If selected for a PPO, the full-time role will be in-office (Delhi NCR HQ)
• Preference will be given to candidates currently based in or near Delhi NCR
???? Bonus Points If You:
• Know tools like ClickUp, Notion, Figma, Google Sheets, Clarity
• Have led or contributed to a dev/product team before
• Understand user-centric design and product validation loops
