Are you a QA leader who knows how to balance strategy, people leadership, and deep technical excellence?
We are looking for a Software QA Delivery Lead to drive quality engineering across a complex portfolio of programs, ensuring testing excellence aligns with business continuity, scalability, and global delivery goals. This is a high-impact leadership role combining hands-on technical authority with people and delivery leadership.
🚀 What you’ll be doing
• Owning end-to-end testing delivery across a portfolio within a demand management framework
• Leading and developing a team of 10–12 QA professionals, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development
• Defining and driving the QA and automation roadmap, aligned with enterprise and portfolio priorities
• Acting as a senior automation leader, working closely with Architects and Scrum teams to ensure high testability
• Driving innovation across manual, functional, and automation testing practices
• Developing PoCs for QA Automation, ensuring frameworks support CI/CD and Continuous Deployment
• Partnering with Portfolio Managers, IT leaders, and senior business stakeholders to ensure alignment and visibility
🎯 What we’re looking for
• 12+ years of experience in QA, including time as a QA Lead / QA Manager / Delivery Lead
• Proven experience managing mid-to-large QA teams (10+ members)
• Expert-level hands-on experience with:
• Selenium (C#)
• BDD frameworks (SpecFlow)
• API Automation
• Strong knowledge of Selenium Grid, test metrics, and quality measurement frameworks
• Solid understanding of software construction and design principles
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical background
• Ability to operate independently and engage confidently with senior business leadership
