We are looking for a Software Sales Executives/Account Managers to lead sales efforts and help us expand our customer base through lead generation, sales interactions and sales cycle management. Responsibilities include: The job requires you to Linearly achieve assigned sales targets, work with domain experts ,understand the needs of the customers in... various verticals. You will be the single point of contact for a customer from prospect outreach till order completion. This includes the following activities: Work on identifying segments, prospects names and contact customers to qualify prospects. Set up the initial meeting with the relevant stakeholders from qualified leads Identify the relevant use cases from our product offerings for a particular client and position them accordingly work on initial presentations, detailed presentation with pre-sales team, proposal submission and order closures. ensure the sales pipeline is healthy at all times and about 3x of the given targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers post order and constantly seek Change Orders from existing customers. Identify enterprises from different channels, through networking and existing partner networks. Qualification & Experience: 2-5 years of experience in B2B Sales (SaaS/ Technology sales experience is a must) Experience with Oracle, SAP and Salesforce would be Proffered Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent degree from a reputed institute is preferred. Excellent communication skills. Youre a clear and compelling storyteller across written, verbal and visual mediums Exposure to using CRM for pipeline management Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Proficiency in communicating business, technology and partner strategy clearly - verbally or in written form. Strong business acumen, willing to work hard to enhance his/her business development experience and demonstrate readiness to take on leadership roles. Good negotiation and persuasion skills is a must. A good attitude and the ability to keep calm under pressure and solve problems in a timely and effective manner. Strong team player and should possess collaborative and networking abilities. .
