Roles And Responsibilities
• Identifying new markets and business opportunities and arranging virtual meetings with potential customers.
• Planning and prioritizing daily sales activities including new leads,follow ups, facilitating payment collections etc.
• Proper understanding of client/customers requirements, sharing presentations with clients and customizing satisfied solutions.
• Ensure that sales target are met through proper planning, regular follow-ups and timely reporting.
• Help customers maximize the use of software features.
• Dedicated support to clients/customers
• Negotiate a commercial agreement.
