Location: Noida, Sector 63
Salary:Up to ₹4 LPA + Lucrative Incentive Structure + Conveyance Provided
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 Years in Software Sales
Industry: Software / IT Solutions
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Preferred Qualifications: BBA, MBA, or similar management qualifications
Candidates with a management background (BBA, MBA) and experience in software sales or Tally are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development
Identify and onboard new clients for our suite of software and technology solutions.
Understand client needs and offer tailored product demonstrations and proposals.
Consistently achieved and exceeded monthly sales targets.
2. Product Promotion & Sales
Promote and sell business automation tools, cloud services, and APIs.
Develop a deep understanding of our products to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and business solutions.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Ensure timely follow-ups, address client queries, and keep CRM records up to date.
Encourage customer engagement through training, onboarding, and offering usage support.
4. Lead Generation
Generate at least one qualified lead per working day through cold calls, meetings, and networking.
Visit four Chartered Accountants (CAs) or GST Practitioners (GSTPs) per week to build relationships and create business opportunities.
Who Should Apply:
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in B2B or B2C software sales.
- Strong field sales capabilities and experience with client meetings, product demos, and follow-ups.
- Management qualifications such as BBA, MBA, or similar degrees are preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Tally knowledge or experience with similar business software will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven professionals who thrive in a competitive sales environment.
