Tasks:
• Responsible for Architecture and design of features and tooling related to Active safety
• Responsible for requirement analysis along with SW-PCM.
• Give technical direction to team on arriving at a robust solution
• Perform reviews and establish new process in line with embedded software development methodologies
• Drive innovation culture and look for new tool and technologies to be incorporated into the product development
• Participate in technical review meeting and effectively communicate with end customer
• Estimate new work and technically involve in project proposal.
• Take lead in demonstration activities for new technology introduction
Mandatory Skills
• Embedded C, Autosar Architecture , Design Pattern, Scripting(Shell, Perl etc..) and UML
• Experience in embedded Product development, Cross platform development.
• Good experience in designing & developing multi-core compliant, multi-threaded system SW using Mutex, Spinlocks, Semaphore, Event Flags etc...
• Good overview in reverse engineering low-level crash (e.g. hard faults, cache coherency issues), code relocation.
• Good customer and team interaction skills
• Exposure to Agile software development methods
Qualifications
B.E / B.Tech,M.E /M.Tech in Electronics / EEE / E&C / Instrumentation / Computer Science
Additional Information
Desirable Skills
• Domain and system knowledge on Active safety Domain
• Debugging using GDB, JTAG
• Knowledge on Renesas, TI, Free-scale based systems
• System Software Update, Package Management, Distribution Management
• Exposure to general build system configuration (Makefiles, etc.)
• Knowledge of Open Source development
Additional Skills
• Working experience in Active Safety projects and Tools
· Experience in using Change management and version management tools (like Rational ClearQuest, ALM, SVN, DOORS, etc)
· Japanese/ German Language competency
· Passion towadrs vehicle Driving & Dynamics
