Job Description
We are a small software business based in Docklands, Melbourne, specialising in ERP (accounting software) and CRM/Dynamics 365.
We are looking for a part-time person available at least 20 hours per week, and possibly up to 30. This would suit a student, especially if you are doing a postgraduate degree and have a flexible work entitlement. This is an office-based on-site position.
You will assist our users and learn or enhance your skills in customising software, creating integrations, and trouble-shooting problems. This role involves supporting and enhancing applications, mostly Microsoft Dynamics.
You need to be fluent and comfortable communicating in English with business customers. Ideally, you will have already worked in a service, sales, or hospitality role in Australia. You should also be confident presenting in a business-like and professional manner.

Coding or development language experience (e.g., C#, .NET, SQL queries and databases, HTML)
Work experience in Australia and elsewhere
Sales or customer service experience
Experience with POS machines, terminals, invoicing, or cash receipt systems
Accounting or bookkeeping experience
