We are seeking a casual part-time support specialist to work at least 20 hours per week, with the possibility of up to 30 hours. This role would be suitable for students, particularly those undertaking postgraduate studies, who require flexible work arrangements.
The position is office-based and on-site, where you will assist our customers and develop your skills in customising software, creating integrations, and troubleshooting problems related to Microsoft Dynamics applications.
You must be fluent and confident in communicating in English with business customers. It is preferred that you have prior experience in service, sales, or hospitality roles in Australia, and that you are comfortable presenting professionally and business-like when interacting with customers.
Requirements
Proficiency in coding languages such as C#, .NET, SQL queries, and databases, as well as HTML
Work experience in Australia and other countries
Sales or customer service experience
Experience with point-of-sale machines, invoicing systems, cash receipt systems, accounting, or bookkeeping
