Job Description
JOB ROLE : Urgently we are looking for an enthusiastic Support Engineer who will research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make inbound & outbound phone calls about software technical issues for new and existing customers.
Give support and training for the customers through the process of installing the software on their devices.
Help customers to troubleshoot issues they encounter while using the software and provide actionable tips to resolve the problem in a timely manner.
Answer questions about the product or the company.
Ask questions to understand the customer requirements.
Be professional and pleasant while interacting with clients.
Developing an in-depth knowledge about product.
Make appropriate recommendations based on specific customer needs and their preferences.
Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
Enter and update customer information in the database.
Prepare accurate and timely reports.
Guide clients to use self-help resources.
Update customers on project progress, attend to queries & keep them engaged.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates who can join immediately would be preferred.
Prefer candidates from Kottayam district.
Good communication skills in English & Malayalam
B. Tech/M. Sc Computer/MBA/M.C.A. Graduates are preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Analytical skills - conducting root-cause analysis for technical issues is a key component of this role.
Organization skills - customer support engineers must multi-task and prioritize multiple support requests under time constraints.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Team player.
Ability to deal with different personalities.
Strong follow-up Skills
Good time management skills.
Ability to provide excellent customer service.
Strong Communication Skills.
Good Problem-Solving skills.
Willing to learn technical concepts regarding software products.
