Job Description:
• Software Installation, Implementation and Support for CRM Software
• QA Testing on the Implementation
• Online and Onsite Software Training
• Hand holding the clients
• Online and Onsite Technical support which includes resolving client queries, Troubleshooting errors and ensuring absolute customer satisfaction
• Up-gradations of the software versions
• Development team during Software Development Cycle
• Manual Testing using latest Techniques and Methodologies and ensure that all products are of very high quality
• Logging defects and tracking them to closure
