Responsibilities
• Develop a Service & Support strategy focused on customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify customer needs
• Do meetings with existing clients and its team regarding Software usages
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Keep records of support, task list and work assigned etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Install multiple software on client side through remote or visit.
Requirements
• Preference to candidate who lives near our office in Shivane, Pune 411023.
• Proven working experience a Software Support executive or a relevant role
• Proven track record
• Experience in customer support
• Proficiency in MS Office and Software/Apps
• Communication skills
• Ability to build rapport
• Time management and planning skills
• Create flow diagrams
