Experience - Upto 4 Years
Qualification - BCA, BE (Computer, IT, EC)
Location - Ahmedabad
· Can Provide technical software Support on calls and remote/online,
· Should be able to provide training to clients,
· Basic knowledge of SQL/Accounting adds an advantage,
· Good analytical and reporting skills with good communication skills,
· Good Interpersonal skills and networking ability,
· Knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage,
· Should complete assigned tasks on a daily basis,
· Reporting to the Support/Sales Manager or Team Leader on a daily basis,
· Responsibility will be variable; it may change as per requirement and performance.
