Key Responsibilities
• Implementation and Deployment:
• Conduct requirements analysis to understand client needs and tailor the HIS system to meet hospital specifications.
• Configure HIS modules (e.g., radiology, lab booking, epharmacy, nurse booking) based on hospital workflow and process requirements.
• Coordinate with software development teams for customizations or new features as per hospital requirements.
• Execute testing and quality assurance to ensure system reliability and accuracy during deployment.
• User Training and Support:
• Provide initial and ongoing training to end-users, including doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Develop training materials, user manuals, and documentation to support system usage and troubleshooting.
Assist users with system navigation, addressing any queries or difficulties they encounter.
• System Maintenance and Support:
• Monitor HIS system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure continuous, high-quality service.
• Act as the primary support contact for users, providing timely resolution to system-related inquiries.
• Coordinate with the IT team to implement updates, patches, and upgrades to maintain the system’s efficiency and security.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospital staff and key stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and ongoing system improvement.
• Collect feedback from users on system performance and report necessary improvements or customizations to the development team.
• Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
• Stay updated on new HIS technologies and industry trends to recommend relevant upgrades and enhancements.
• Actively participate in improving system functionalities based on feedback and emerging healthcare requirements.
Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in HIS implementation, support, or a similar role within the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in HIS software, hospital workflows, and healthcare information technology.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Travel Requirements: Travel to client locations may be required based on project needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
