Software Support Executive
Technology: MS-SQL Server must & IIS (added advantage)
Reply to requests from different stakeholders allocated to you for the software solutions of the company
Determine, review criticality and prioritize resolution of issues.
Analyze the issue in depth and report RCA to the development team
Train customers of the company for best use of the software solutions.
Offer direct customer service and technical support to user through phone, email and in-person.
Support clients to answer queries, locate information and review technical requirements.
Record customer change requests and technical requirements.
Develop software manuals, train users in numbers and keep updating manual as per version release.
Support new personnel in software, programs and operational instructions.
Carry out software version upgrade to customer place
Participate in the future development of software and business process of the domain
