">About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team established to drive technology and automation initiatives. As a Junior Backend Developer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing web applications that have a direct impact on creating new revenue opportunities for the company and driving operational efficiencies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend technologies and excellent programming skills. They will be responsible for end-to-end development of multiple web applications, from design to testing and maintenance, as well as project planning and reporting.
">Key Responsibilities
• Develop multiple web applications using PHP, Codeigniter, Laravel, jQuery, JSON, and other relevant technologies.
• Plan and execute projects, including scope definition, technical requirements gathering, and progress updates.
• Review current business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency gains through automation.
• Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical requirements and develop solutions.
• Integrate third-party solutions into internal systems and workflows.
• Develop APIs between systems and create software documentation.
• Maintain, expand, and scale websites.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
">Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working with backend technologies.
• Expert-level programming skills in PHP, Codeigniter, Laravel, jQuery, JSON.
• Knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming.
• Understanding of accessibility and security compliance.
• Experience working with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Proficiency in version control systems like GitHub or Bitbucket.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and modern web services.
