To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
• B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA or equivalent qualification
• 7+ years’ experience in DevOps activities
• Deep experience in configuration management, version control, build management, release management and change management for CI/CD.
• Proficient in scripting languages like like Shell scripts, powershell
• Experience with "Github and Github actions"
• Proficient in version control systems (e.g. git and git workflows)
• Hands-on experience with Containerisation using Dockers and Artifactory.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. terraform framework)
• Working knowledge of configuration of tools such as Sonarcube - for code static analysis
• Exposure to Security and BOM tools like Fortify & Blackduck.
• Proficient in troubleshooting skills with proven abilities in resolving complex technical issues.
• Willing to take additional responsibilities to understand on-premises/legacy system and perform deployments as needed
• Eager to learn and innovate new technologies and willing to automate the repeating activities.
• Experience in software development methodologies and frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, SAFe preferred.
You are responsible for
• Participates in all DevOps activities and works with more than one tool set at solution level. Challenge’s the requirements, design, and quality.
• Has full scope responsibility for moderate to complex tools / infrastructure elements / products at solution level
• Responsible for quality deployments with no configuration errors, Duration of deployment process, reliability of production environment (system stability, uptime, mean time to recovery)
• Develops build and deployment automation scripts
• Collaborates with engineering to manage code releases and Supports troubleshooting during production operations
• Develops methods and approaches for DevOps. Designs, tests, and deploys the infrastructure for the software product
• Influences and educates units involved in the software development life cycle, focusing on design, test, and deployment from a DevOps perspective
• Creating configuration management plans (SCMP), documentation for release process and compliance for health care regulatory.
• Help the team in assessment for software craftsmanship policies as per the prescribed framework
• Work with team, create innersource (common components) repositories for re-use
• Help the team for upgrade of tools, suggesting newer tools for the deployment process
Soft Skills
• Fast learner. Ability to grasp key concepts quickly with minimal or no supervision
• Ability to take ownership of team goals and deliver with quality and within required timeline
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work across diverse teams
In this role, you will play the role of DevOps engineer for applications in the Ambulatory Virtual Care business.
